At Christos, one of our primary goals since the opening of our restaurant thirty-three years ago has been to remain as affordable as possible.

But in this post-pandemic environment, we are experiencing disruptions in our supply chains. This leads to shortages and spikes in the price of the ingredients we buy. Further, labor shortages have driven wages up substantially.

As hard as we try to keep the lid on our menu prices, we simply cannot afford to absorb the cost increases we are experiencing. We must pass these cost increases on to our customers. We monitor the markets continuously, and will make every effort to keep any price increases to a minimum.
