Back by Popular Demand, Wild Caught Pacific Halibut

The amazing filet of Pacific Halibut we brought in last week flew out of here.  So we brought in another batch.  It is here now and hope it will last through the weekend.

Fresh, all natural, wild caught, sustainably harvested. Sautéed with olive oil and finished in the pan in a white wine-caper sauce with a hint of butter. Served with a cup of soups or a house salad, plus pita.
