At Christos Greek Restaurants, we take the health and safety of our customers very seriously. Consequently, we are re-doubling our efforts to maintain proper sanitation throughout our restaurants, both front and back of the House. Much of it begins with our employees and their willingness to go the extra mile when it comes to cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces, service counters, table tops and chairs, wine lists and menus, salt and pepper shakers, flatware and silverware, door handles, etc.
Frequent handwashing is critical. Monitoring the health of our employees is also paramount. No one should be working if they were exposed or are exhibiting flu-like symptoms.
We are monitoring updates from the Mn Department of Health and the CDC for the latest information and guidance. And we are working closely with Ecolab and other partners to have available to us the most effective sanitizers and disinfectants available on the market today.
