Christos Covid-19 Preparedness Plan

The plan outlined herein is the plan adopted and implemented by Christos at 2632 Nicollet Av. S.

TABLE DISTANCING
Due to lack of storage space for excess tables, Christos staff will seat every other table such that no two adjacent tables are ever seated at the same time.

50% SEATING CAPACITY
By virtue of Christos table distancing plan, there will always be 50% or less of the tables occupied at any time.

TABLE LIMIT
Only four guests at one table. Or six if part of one family unit.

RESERVATIONS
Reservations are required. Name, phone number mandatory. Space permitting, walk-ins accepted on the condition that name and phone number are provided.

MASKS
Employees are required to wear masks at all times. Masks must cover mouth and nose. Customers will enter, exit and walk to the restrooms wearing a mask. Masks may only be removed when eating or drinking.

HEALTH SCREENING
Christos will adhere to the MDH Visitor and Employee Screening Cheklist (attached). All employees submit to a temp reading when they report to work.

SYMPTOMS
Employees with COVID-19 symptoms will be sent home immediately, or isolated until able to leave. Workers who came in close contact with a family member with COVID-19 must not come to work until the quarantine period is over.

COMMUNICATIONS
Employees must report any symptoms, and the Communications Coordinator shall make a record of the time, date, and symptom details. The employee must get a test, and report the results to the CC. The CC will notify employees when are allowed to return. The CC will coordinate the gathering and flow of information to minimize the exposure of customers and employees while maintaining employee privacy.

SICK LEAVE
Christos will record sick leave in accordance with State regs and ensure that employees get compensated for their time under the Sick Leave policy.

HIGH RISK EMPLOYEES
Employees who self-identify as high risk will not be questioned, and Christos will make every effort to minimize such employees’ exposure.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING
Christos will maintain employee stations 6 ft apart, limit gatherings, and stagger shifts where possible.

EMPLOYEE HYGIENE
Christos will provide handwashing stations, hand sanitizer, face coverings, and gloves, and provide the necessary training for their use. The use of face masks will be mandatory. Christos will maximize the economizer openings for the introduction of fresh air into the facility.

WORKPLACE CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
Work surfaces, countertops, door handles, computer screens, utensils, and all other areas touched by multiple employees will be sanitized continuously during each shift. Common areas such as bathrooms will be thoroughly sanitized regularly throughout the day.
